Terms and conditions

The Dutch text of these terms is binding; this is a summary.

• Seller: Schmidt-oss, Oss, the Netherlands. Parts marked as private sale are sold by Frank Schmidt as a private person, without consumer distance-selling rules.
• Parts are used unless stated otherwise; the described and photographed condition is what you buy. "Needs overhaul" means not ready for use.
• Prices in euros; consumer prices are final prices. Shipping is shown before purchase. Payment in advance.
• Shipping within three working days after payment, or collection by appointment. Outside the EU: DAP, duties and VAT for the buyer.
• EU consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, return costs for the buyer, same condition required. Statutory conformity applies to consumers; business buyers purchase as seen and described, liability limited to the invoice amount.
• Fitment is the buyer's responsibility; we check on request as a courtesy.
• Dutch law applies.
