Right of withdrawal

EU consumers buying from Schmidt-oss may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. This does not apply to parts marked as private sale, nor to business buyers.

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receipt by email to info@911depot.nl, using the form below or the withdraw button.
  2. Return the part within 14 days after that, in the same condition and packaging. Return costs are yours; pallets by quote.
  3. We refund within 14 days of receiving the part, including standard outbound shipping. Loss of value from use or fitting is deducted.
